I am a Research Fellow in the Mid Sweden University working in algebraic geometry, low-dimensional topology and singularity theory. The problems I find fascinating usually mix categories. Two mixes are particularly interesting to me: topological and smooth or analytic categories, and real vs. complex algebraic geometry.
